Tomatillo

The discount grocery had tomatillos today. They looked interesting so I bought one, but I have no idea what you are supposed to do with them. Any cooking suggestion are welcome. They must be a close relative of deadly nightshade because the fruits with their papery shells look suspiciously similar, lol.
This store has a big selection of African-American and Hispanic foods. I also bought a can of hominy to try. Food is cheap entertainment. :D
