My Cats Are Strange

I brought home leftover fish and chips for them and even cut the fish into little morsels. Not one of them was interested.

Edit: Ann, I'm making magic cookie bars this afternoon (though I am using half butterscotch bits instead of all chocolate chips). Nom.

Umm, yum magic cookie bars. I have this year's crop of Girl Scout cookies. Also yum!

My cat goes nuts over chicken when she can smell it cooking, but when I give her a bit, she sniffs and walks away. Weird.

That's like when I open a can of tuna fish. One of them will be frantically running in circles around my feet, but then when I put down a taste, she will sniff at the dish as if to say "What is this?"

Amazingly (because they have so many other bad behaviors), my cats are not very interested in baked goods. Though Kimba has been known to sneak up on the counter and attack a loaf of bread.

That is strange!
It brings back memories of our old Mrs White Puss when my parents were alive. My fatherused to have fish and chips on Monday from the local shop and Puss would mew frantically for it, even when he didn't fancy fish, he had to have it!

Mum would be waiting to cop up a portion and put it in her bowl,how she loved it!
