My SCA friends and I used to always joke about how we were going to build a castle and set up a commune. A highly disorganized commune.
I found the official website for this ship, and she is surprisingly small--only 140 feet long. It sounds like the poor owner was counting on lots of AOS movie and TV work (like more Hornblower) to pay the bills. *sigh*

They're SELLING Grand Turk? Crap, I was hoping maybe someday I could visit England and take a cruise on it, or at least touring it and realizing that Ioan once walked those decks.

I am more than a little sorry for the current owner. It sounds like he built the ship assuming that there would be enough AOS film projects to make it profitable. Like more HH episodes. *sniffles*
