I would prefer a third option to channel my anger: bludgeon the "owners" with a baseball bat.

On the blog of the animal rescue group, it says that they are investigating legal action against those sorry excuses for human beings.

As of yesterday's update (they haven't posted one today), he was doing much better. Yes, he looks like skin and bones, poor thing.
